If you would like to spread the payments for your new appliance over a period of time rather than pay for them outright up front, George Robertson Ltd offer a Buy Now Pay Later option through NOVUNA consumer finance for purchases with a total value over £200. You sign up to a 4-year credit agreement in which the first 12 months are interest free. If you pay off your balance within 12 months you will not be charged any interest, only a £29 administration fee. If you do not pay within the first 12 months, you will go onto a 4-year interest bearing credit agreement which is subject to an interest charge.
The application is done by us through the NOVUNA website, please note this is not a credit check, if the application is accepted by NOVUNA you are then in a contract with NOVUNA.
If the application is accepted, NOVUNA will pay us, and you pay NOVUNA.
Our staff will email over details of the purchase to NOVUNA, and you will receive a link to the application form for you to complete online. An email address and mobile number are required for this option. Once we have notification from NOVUNA that the application has been successful (this can take up to 24 hours) you can collect goods or arrange for delivery.
George Robertson Ltd offer extended warranties through Retracare for all appliances we sell so that you can have peace of mind that the cost of all repairs and parts are covered for up to 5 years from the date of purchase, regardless of the length of the manufacturer’s warranty period. There are 2 levels of cover, Silver - which covers repairs and parts, or Gold - which covers repairs, parts and accidental cover. No need to decide when you buy your appliance, you have the option to purchase an extended warranty up to the last day of the manufacturer’s warranty.
